Every year in the UK, thousands of people die or are seriously injured in incidents. Many deaths could be prevented if first aid or early resuscitation and defibrillation was given before emergency services arrive.

First Aid Training can be a chore watching page after page of PowerPoint presentations; however, we like to do things differently. All of our sessions are designed with practicality in mind to get you actively involved in practicing the methods you (may) put to use in the future.
